Daughters of the King

Daughters of the King is an Order for women of the Episcopal Church. It was first organized in 1885. Every Daughter pledges herself to a lifelong program of prayer, service, and personal evangelism, dedicated to the extension of Christ’s kingdom and to the strengthening of the spiritual life of her parish.

We are lay and ordained, young and old, rich and poor, executives and housewives, generous and strong… in short, ordinary women enabled by God’s grace to do His work.
